We are looking to appoint a creative and highly motivated Learning Support Assistant who will contribute to raising standards of pupils’ achievement and to undertake a range of learning activities under the direction and supervision of classroom teachers, SENCO and/or senior colleagues.
We have funding, directly linked to ensure the support and inclusion of a Year 9 student, with an EHCP who has marked Generalised Learning Difficulties, who is to be dis-applied from National Curriculum. The contract is subject to review April 2018 however if the student moves placement prior to this date, the contract will come to an end earlier.
The successful applicant will work predominately 1 to 1 with this young person, supporting in a child centred way, in our flexible learning setting and individually as necessary.
