Gateshead Council learningSkills are looking for a telemarketing Adviser to join their business development team. This role will involve contacting businesses across the North East from our database, to create appointments for their officers. You will be promoting our Apprenticeship service by selling our unique and exclusive recruitment offer to employers, which includes placements.
You must have experience of customer service and telesales, as well as experience in administrative procedures and office packages. You must have experience of working using CRM/Database systems and be able to meet challenging sales targets whilst providing excellent customer care. It is also essential that you are able to demonstrate your experience in use of social media to promote our apprenticeship offer.
You must also have effective written and oral communication skills , including 5 GCSE's grade C or above including Maths & English or equivalent. In addition candidates must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, as well as the ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
