The governing body is seeking to recruit, for January 2017, a suitably experienced teaching assistant to join our warm and welcoming school. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone aspiring to be a teacher.
The successful applicant will:
• Hold a recognised NQV level 2 Teaching Assistant qualifications or equivalent
• Have GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• A good understanding of child development
• Be able to demonstrate very good relationships with children and adults.
• Be able to motivate children and inspire them to learn.
• Be a good team player.
• Have knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
