We are seeking a Level 1 teaching assistant to join our 2 year old provision (EYFS) Requires as soon as posssible
Horton Grange Primary is a happy and caring school where every child matters. We are looking appoint a teaching assistant to support child development in our 2 year old provision. We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience of working with children (preferably in the 2 – 4 age range)
• Is knowledgeable of early child development
• Has good understanding of welfare requirements for pre-school children
• Is enthusiastic, flexible and resilient
• Has a good standard of literacy and numeracy
• Will ensure that every child reaches their potential and thrives
• Is committed to developing the ‘whole child’
• Has very high expectations
• Will be committed to supporting the schools’ ethos and reputation within the
community
We are offering a permanent contract for 17.5 hours per week, term time only, 8.30 – 12.00 Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will take up post as soon as possible.
