Governors invite applications from a dedicated and enthusiastic teaching assistant (qualified to level 3) with an interest in art and display to support the learning of children within the academy.
The Governors are seeking someone who:-
•Be an outstanding, committed practitioner with high expectations for all children
•Be proficient in supporting the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning
•Be an effective communicator and keen to work in collaboration with colleagues
•Be willing to be involved in the corporate life of the school, supporting the informal as well as the formal curriculum
•Be able to use initiative and work independently
•Help to organise the classroom/learning area to create a positive environment.
•Be patient, compassionate and have an ability to build rapport with children, creating a safe learning environment.
•Work 30 minutes per day at lunchtimes.
•Be willing to run an after school club one night a week.
