A respected Northumberland secondary school is working with First Class Supply to appoint an experienced Science Teacher on a full time basis. The role will commence in November 2016 and will be for a minimum of 1 term. You will be required to teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The school is a large secondary providing high quality education to children from the age of 11 to 18. The most recent Ofsted report graded the school Good, giving praise to the students behaviour and positive attitudes to their work. The school is well led with attainment above average.
We require a teacher who:
• is committed to securing excellent outcomes for all students
• delivers a dynamic and stimulating learning environment to engage all pupils
• is able to inspire and motivate
• is pro-active, enthusiastic, energetic and reliable
• holds a relevant teaching qualification and QTS
• has recent experience / knowledge of teaching General Science at Key Stages 3 and 4 within the UK National Curriculum.
