Governors of our welcoming and friendly school are looking to appoint three highly motivated, committed and inspirational teachers to join us on the exciting next stage of our journey. Our recent monitoring visit by HMI shows that we are making rapid progress in improving standards across the school, we are now looking to add to our existing staff.
Our school is growing rapidly and this is a fantastic opportunity to join our talented, dedicated and hard-working team. There are three initial, fixed term posts for one year, one of which is to cover a maternity leave.
We welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate highly effective teaching skills and who will work to raise standards as a member of a highly committed team of professional educators.
The successful candidates will:
• Be an outstanding classroom practitioner
• Have children and their needs at the heart of everything they do
• Have a good understanding of how children learn and their role in enabling them to succeed
• Be able to lead by example
• Be able to work as part of a team, inspire and support colleagues
• Have high expectations of him/herself, all children and the school community as a whole
• Be passionate about children and committed to developing the potential of every child.
