The Construction Programme & Project Management Unit (Construction PPM Unit) is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a multi-disciplinary team. You will act as Programme and/or Project Manager for complex construction schemes with the responsibility for delivery within the constraints of time, cost, quality, scope, benefit and risk.

You will be able to demonstrate experience of delivering similar successful projects (both new build and refurbishment) and have the drive to focus the project team to deliver the defined objectives by working collaboratively.

Required Qualifications:
Membership of a relevant professional body.
Educated to degree level standard or equivalent in a relevant subject.

It is anticipated that interviews will be held on Tuesday 1st November 2016.
