We are looking for an experienced Science Technician to work with the Science team. The successful applicant will have experience of working in a secondary school science department and be able to cover all science fields.

This is an excellent opportunity to join Belmont Community School at an exciting time as we move into a phase a rapid development in Science. A new Head of Department is in position and from Dec 2016 we shall have 5 state-of-the-art laboratories and prep lab following a major refurbishment.

As our name implies, the school lies at the heart of its community. Belmont is a leafy suburb on the outskirts of Durham City. As a result of high expectations, enthusiastic teaching and very positive relationships, students enjoy school and want to do well. We are looking for a well qualified technician to work alongside our specialist staff and support the students in achieving their very best.
