A primary school in Newcastle is working with First Class Supply to appoint a Romanian Speaking Teaching Assistant on a part time basis. The role is to commence in October 2016 for the duration of the academic year. The role will be based predominantly within Key Stage 2, but you may be required to support across the full Primary age range.
To be successful in this role you must:
• have experience of working as a teaching assistant in primary year groups
• speak conversational/fluent Romanian
• confidently work on a 1:1 basis with pupils
• be able to work independently using your initiative
• be committed to making a real difference to the lives of pupils
• have empathy, patience and understanding
• hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in childcare or education
• have a minimum of 6 months recent experience within a UK school or education setting.
