We are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Operative to provide an efficient, quality minor maintenance service.
The post involves caretaking duties within schools in Middlesbrough and the surrounding area. The post requires flexibility, as the hours will be variable.
Duties will include building refurbishment, usually of minor maintenance and repairs, including painting and decorating, minor plumbing, joinery and general Caretaking duties.
The successful candidate will:
• Have knowledge and experience of Building Maintenance work, including minor repairs & caretaking duties
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
The above position is to cover 52 weeks on a casual / relief basis only
