Registered Homes Manager
The postholder will be responsible for the management of a children's home which provides short-breaks for children with a disability. The successful candidate will manage referrals and admissions to the service, undertaking risk assessments to ensure the health and safety of children, staff and others visiting the home. The role includes responsibility for the management and development of a staff team of over fifteen people. Key tasks include budget management, managing human resources, and effective communication with other professionals, colleagues and your line manager.
Essential Qualifications: A qualification in Social Care, Health or related fields equal to or above NVQ Level 4. A Management qualification at Level 4 or above, including NVQ.
Interviews are expected to take place either week commencing 31st October or week commencing 7th November.
