We’re looking for a talented and hands-on Project Architect or Architectural Technologist with exceptional BIM experience and job running. Key competencies include:
* Experience of leading multidisciplinary design teams using BIM on multiple projects with a track record of
successful architectural and commercial outcomes
* Evidence of a wide range of client relationships, stakeholders and national contractors in a number of sectors
* Experience of successfully delivered projects and initiatives, through national press, architectural awards and
nationwide coverage
* At least 10 years of experience

The fine print:
Lungfish is part of Scape Group, one of the leading procurement specialists in the UK. This role is based in Scape’s Nottingham office. Salary ranging from £33,996 to £46,008 plus £5,988 car allowance. Excellent benefits package including but not limited to local government pension scheme, private healthcare scheme, flexible working hours, 25 days’ annual leave plus statutory bank holidays, bonus of up to two months’ salary dependent on profit margins.
