Swalwell Primary School are looking to appoint a Play worker to plan and deliver a range of activities suitable for children with various support needs during the lunchtime period.
Working hours are 12:00pm - 1.15pm, Monday to Friday.
The key roles of this post will include:
To assist in the organisation and supervision of children's activities.
To assist in the planning and preparation of activities for children's play schemes assuring that delivery plans are met and activities are delivered in a safe manner.
Complete a daily evaluation of the schemes and activities provided.
Work independently to plan daily and weekly activities.
Work within agreed policies and procedures.
Such other responsibilities allocated which are appropriate to the grade of the post.
