Operations Manager 37 hours per week 52 weeks NJC Scale Point 47-49 (£41,551 - £43,387) We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Manager. Kepier is a good school with many outstanding features as described in our recent Ofsted inspection. We are looking forward to a new school build starting later this year and have a progressive vision for the future of the school. The Trust is on an exciting journey with a new build on the horizon at Kepier. It seeks to appoint as soon as possible a skilled, experienced professional to play a strategic role in furthering the development of the operational elements of the Trust. You will support the Trustees and Senior Leadership Team to realise the vision for the Coalfields area by maintaining and developing aspirational and effective learning environments. We are seeking an Operations Manager who will lead the strategic direction of the Trust’s operations including marketing, IT, site maintenance and development, administration, Health and Safety and catering facilities.
