The Governors of this friendly school seek to employ a friendly and efficient Office Manager.

The Office Manager is often the first contact for parents and visitors and as such, has a duty to convey the ethos of the school as a welcoming and positive place.

The successful candidate will provide an efficient administrative service to facilitate the day to day running of the school office, including the finance and budget control systems. They will manage all financial aspects to the school’s extended care provision. They will deal with contractors and play a leading role in supporting and advising the head teacher in the area of Health and Safety. The suitable candidate will have to be able to work to deadlines and to be able to cope with interruptions to daily routines that inevitably occur from time to time in a busy school.
