Network Parking Apprentice
We are looking to recruit a Network Parking Apprentice to join the Council’s Parking Services Team.
The successful candidate will be part of a busy team responsible for providing a first class service to our customers. Thanks to the people working here the culture is an extremely positive one and you will need to share their ‘can do’ attitude. You must demonstrate that you are willing to be flexible, will support colleagues and strive to deliver a service to be proud of. In exchange, you’ll have lots of opportunity to develop and receive support and encouragement from those around you.
To be successful you will need to have the communication skills to relate to different people from across the community, presenting a positive, helpful approach and be comfortable working with new technology.
You will complete an Intermediate Apprenticeship (Level 2) Customer Service qualification delivered by Sunderland College.
