This post is a key function within the Community Learning Service part of Middlesbrough Council. To deliver training and carry out assessments on Intermediate Apprenticeship and Advanced Apprenticeship programmes within Customer Service, Retail and Management occupational areas.
The successful applicant will be able to:
• Develop and deliver high quality training and assessments within the occupational areas of Customer Service, Retail and Management
• Monitor the progress of Apprentices on a regular basis to ensure successful completion of their apprenticeship
• Agree and update individual Learning Plans with Apprentices and employers
• Deliver timely and effective IAG, enrolment and induction to learners
• Develop and deliver training sessions, assessments and learning activities at appropriate levels and contribute to the design of programmes
