Together for Children Sunderland are seeking to appoint an IRO Business and Administration Manager to join the Childrens Independent Review Team.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business and Administration Manager who has a passion for developing business and administration processes, in order to ensure that we offer a high performing service. The successful candidate will work closely with the IRO Managers to promote and drive performance improvements.
The IRO Business and Administration Manager will have key skills in managing performance data, effective partnerships working and working with an established staff team to ensure that statutory IRO Service responsibilities are met .
The successful candidate will be responsible for management of 12 business support staff and will report to the IRO managers.
Therefore the service is looking for an innovative and dynamic candidate who has experience of staff management; an aptitude for developing and maintaining SMART systems; excellent Excel and IT skills and who is ready to assume a role which will be pivotal in the on-going development if the service
