HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (MATERNITY COVER)

Salary: £26,478 - £33,516 per annum

Hartlepool College of Further Education seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive Human Resources Manager on a maternity cover basis.

Applicants for this role should have a minimum postgraduate qualification in Human Resources along with experience of providing high quality, generalist HR advice at a range of levels. The successful candidate will also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with competing demands, whilst being mindful of (and minimising) legal and financial risk.

The post-holder is expected to be an excellent team player and embrace the College’s RESPECT values.
