A secondary school in Northumberland is working with First Class Supply to appoint a Health & Social Care Teacher to commence ASAP. The position is for the duration of 1 term, on a full time basis. You will be required to teach to Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
This is an average sized school with an “Outstanding” reputation. Ambitious and excellent leadership and governance, and extremely skilled and dedicated staff have ensured that the school’s high performance has been sustained. All students make rapid progress and behave extremely well showing high levels of respect and self discipline. The curriculum is constantly developed to meet students’ needs.
We require a teacher who:
- is an outstanding practitioner with the ability to inspire and motivate pupils
- is enthusiastic and committed with vision, drive and commitment
- will secure excellent academic achievement for all students
- would relish working in a thriving school
- has recent experience / knowledge of teaching Health & Social Care at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 within the UK National Curriculum
- holds a relevant teaching qualification and QTS.
