County Durham Housing Group is looking to recruit two dynamic Heads of Service to help us transform the way we deliver services to customers and nurture and develop our teams across the group.
As a self-motivated leader you will strategically lead the transformation of either an outstanding neighbourhood and estate service or proactively lead the housing operations teams that deliver key housing services to customers. Both roles will be critical to the success of the group and will offer a lot of opportunity to shape and influence the services and teams you lead.
The Group prides itself on putting tenants at the heart of what we do and as a new housing provider, making them part of our journey in providing better housing services, homes and communities.
You will motivate and inspire teams to deliver outstanding performance, high customer satisfaction and value for money services.
You will work as part of the group wide housing team to deliver outstanding services and contribute to the delivery of the groups’ strategic objectives.
You will have a track record of successfully working in partnership with external organisations and foster excellent internal and external working relationships.
