Derwent Hill is a busy, friendly Outdoor Education Centre set in idyllic surroundings in Portinscale, just outside Keswick, Cumbria.

We provide high quality residential outdoor education courses for schools, colleges and youth groups as well as corporate training events and group accommodation for adults.

Our approach is based on professional informality, and we pride ourselves on our flexibility, homely atmosphere, good food and inspiring setting.

We are looking for a Head Chef who is able to work reliably and independently as well as supportively and flexibly within a small team. You must hold a Level 2 food preparation qualification and a Food Hygiene Certificate.
