About the Role
We are looking to appoint casual gym instructors to work as part of the team delivering the day to day operation of the health and fitness service. Principal duties will include providing advice, guidance and programming to customers on all aspects of health and fitness related subjects, conducting gym inductions, lifestyle assessments and the promotion of our membership sales and retention pathway as part of our customer experience.
About You
The successful candidate will be qualified with a minimum Level 2 Exercise and Fitness Instructor qualification, ideally Level 3 Advanced Fitness Instructor/ Personal Training diploma and Exercise on Referral qualification and have a minimum of 3-6 months experience.
Applicants must have excellent organisational and communication skills, a friendly personality and the ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
The post will involve evening and weekend work and the opportunity to increase working hours by teaching exercise classes (subject to qualifications and experience).
