This year we’re recruiting 300 outstanding individuals onto our prestigious two-year Leadership Development programme, with positions available accross the North East. We offer you the opportunity to join one of Britain’s most challenging and most rewarding professions; children and families social work. With Frontline you’ll help to transform the lives of vulnerable children and families, whilst developing a range of invaluable skills such as leadership, conflict resolution and relationship building. Your skills and experiences on the programme will open the doors to a wide range of social impact careers after Frontline, inside and outside the world of social work, and give you the skills to drive change in broader society.
In Year 1 you’ll work alongside three other Frontline participants in a local authority child protection team in Greater London, the South East, the North East, the North West or the West Midlands. You’ll be supported by an experienced Consultant Social Worker and benefit from over 200 days of on-the-job training. In Year 2 you’ll be fully qualified, employed by your local authority and studying towards a fully funded Masters.
