We have several vacancies across County Durham Children’s Centre's to deliver on the 0 – 5 Early Years Agenda. The post are permanent, full-time and part-time.
The successful post holders will need to have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in an Early Years related field, and recent experience in working with children and families in their home or a community setting.
They will deliver evidence-based parenting skills programmes, child development/health enhancing activities with children and their parents/carers and offer adult learning opportunities. They will hold a caseload, assess need, plan and deliver family support.
