The Governors of the West Tyne Federation of Schools are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Executive Headteacher

Greenhead Church of England Primary School and Henshaw Church of England Primary School are the two schools which together form the West Tyne Federation of Schools.

Both schools are well established within their villages and are supported well by their communities. These friendly schools play a central part of village life.

Governors are wishing to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Headteacher from the beginning of the Summer Term 2017. A leader who strives for excellence and will inspire creativity, innovation, and a love of learning in every child and member of the school community.

Governors are looking for a Headteacher who will:
Be able to provide a strong vision for the future of the Federation and will work with Governors to achieve this.
Have the ability to further develop strong, collaborative leadership which would extend beyond the schools.
Maintain a clear and robust focus on pupil achievement and school improvement.
