Northumberland’s County Councils Telecare Service helps people live in their own homes safely and independently, offering a 24-hour mobile response service for people who feel vulnerable due to disability, health problems, or other circumstances. We provide a swift response and offer help and support to give peace of mind to each and every customer and their families.
Our team of wardens carry out routine visits to clients to check their wellbeing as well as respond to calls from in an emergency. This team install and maintain Telecare equipment ensuring all actions are documented as appropriate.
The Estate Warden predominately works during the night to provide emergency response and support as and when requested.
