We are looking for a creative, ambitious and uncompromisingly determined leader to join our Senior Leadership Team.
You must be an outstanding practitioner with a proven track record of delivering rapid and sustained whole school improvement based on a thorough and rigorous approach to securing the highest standards of achievement and wellbeing for all. We are truly comprehensive secondary schools and so we seek to appoint an individual who can develop learning at all levels and meet the needs of a diverse community.
Durham Federation is on an incredibly exciting journey and has been transformed over the last 18 months. We are now ready to take teaching and learning to the next level of our development plan in order to grow and nurture ambitious, confident and respectful young people with the skills, qualities and moral purpose to achieve great things.

You must be able to maintain rigorous and robust quality assurance systems whilst innovating, collaborating and taking well calculated risks to develop each member of our team. You must be a strategic thinker who can lead others by transparent, honest and inspirational leadership.
