We are also creating the first Mayoral Development Corporation outside London, covering the 4,500 acre South Tees site.

The Combined Authority and Development Corporation are now seeking a joint Finance Director.

We seek someone with an excellent track record of working in a complex financial environment, dealing with both local government and commercial arrangements, applying innovation and taking responsibility for the effective management of public money.
