The Development Team supports the delivery of an efficient and effective fundraising service for Tyne and Wear Archives and Museums (TWAM).

More than ever TWAM’s continued success depends on its ability to secure income from external sources and we are now seeking a committed individual to join the fundraising team.

You will actively identify and pursue funds from a wide range of sources, including statutory/government bodies, trusts and foundations, individuals and companies and will have a key role in ensuring annual income targets are met.

You will have experience of working in a fundraising role and have practical knowledge of fundraising across a wide range of disciplines including the ability to identify potential funders and prepare compelling funding applications.

You will be customer-focused and have effective organisational and communication skills. You will also be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm to develop a career in fundraising and support the work of TWAM.
