We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic worker to help deliver the Early Help Offer within North Tyneside.

You will be responsible for supporting the use of the Early Help Assessment, with both internal and external partners . This will include supporting Team around the Family meetings and cases that become complex and stuck.

Training partners in the use of the form and the Early Help Pathway is a key part of the role.

You will need good communication skills in order to help embed the new 0-19 Pathway with partner agencies.; as well as have experience of data base input for the tracking and auditing of EHA forms.

This is a fixed-term post from January 2017, for up to 12 months, to cover a period of maternity leave.
