We are looking for an exceptional member of staff to join our great school.

We wish to appoint a very capable PA to the Leadership Team to work in the busy office at Marden High School. In this role, you will assist with SLT key priorities by providing essential administrative support and being involved in a wide range of other projects. Duties will also include answering telephone enquiries, dealing with visitors, parent and student enquiries, post, filing, photocopying, typing, assisting with events management, the production of in-house publications and general administration. The ability to work quickly, accurately and on your own initiative is essential as is a pleasant manner and excellent keyboard/IT skills.

This post is term time only over 195 days.

You will work 37 hours per week: 8.00am – 4.00pm Mon-Thurs and
8.00am – 3.30pm Fri
