The Governors of Silverdale are seeking to appoint an inspirational and innovative Headteacher with the vision and experience to build on current success and secure the developing future of our school.
 
The new Headteacher will:
  • Be a strategic leader with high aspirations and excellent leadership & management skills
  • Have a business minded approach to strategically managing an education setting
  • Have a proven track record of managing challenge and change effectively
  • Be committed to sustaining and developing high quality SEMH and Autism provisions and services
  • Be dedicated to providing young people with the best possible opportunities
  • Have the ability to foster positive relationships with all stakeholders of the school
