Commercial Manager National Railway Museum - Shildon £30,000 per annum Full Time Are you an experienced retail professional looking for your next career move? We are looking for a Commercial Manager to drive profit growth and commercial opportunities at Locomotion, The National Railway Museum at Shildon which forms part of the Science Museum Group. Housing a retail shop, a café, our Locomotion Models business, special events and corporate hire, there is real potential to grow income which can be reinvested in its development and improvement. In this autonomous and exciting role you will lead on the delivery of the commercial business plan for Locomotion, maximising the profitability of the brand using your commercial acumen. You will also work with colleagues across the Science Museum Group to identify collaborative opportunities whilst guiding your team to deliver against targets. This role will be based at Shildon and is offered on a permanent, full-time basis.
