Waste and Street Scene division of Hambleton District Council is seeking to employ a Cleansing Operative.
The main duties include street sweeping, refuse/recycling collection, litter picking, recovery of fly tipping and occasionally dead animals, driving and general work around the depot.
The work is physically demanding including a large amount of walking and lifting. Applicants must have numeracy and literacy skills and have a current driving licence.
The hours of work are between 06.00 and 18.00 at locations within the Hambleton District.
