The Governors of this successful, friendly and caring Primary School wish to appoint an outstanding experienced primary teacher who has a passion for children’s learning and promoting good progress. The candidate must demonstrate drive and enthusiasm to achieve the best possible outcomes for all of our children. The successful candidate must be able to teach across Key stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Commitment to the whole life of the school and becoming part of a large team to ensure all of our children in school fulfill their potential is essential.
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic, enthusiastic teacher who:
• Has excellent teaching, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Has innovative, creative and effective teaching approaches.
• Is flexible and committed to working as a team.
• Is experienced in all primary key stages and in developing a dynamic and motivational creative curriculum.
• Has high expectations in all areas of school life.
• Is able to embrace and uphold the vision and the caring, nurturing ethos of our school.
• Is well-organised and highly motivated when working independently or as part of a team.

Observations will form part of the shortlisting process and will take place during week commencing 24th April 2017 in either candidate’s current school or at Catchgate Primary School. Interviews will be held on 4th May 2017.

Candidates will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
