The successful applicant will be based within a busy Family Hub which support our children and family across the city.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person who has previously worked in a busy office environment and are used to dealing with members of the public. You should also have strong IT skills, together with a clear understanding of the need for confidentiality. Applicants must have a minimum of Maths and English GCSEs at grade 9-4, A-C and a NVQ level 2 or equivalent.

Main duties include organising room bookings, carrying out a range of technical, clerical, financial or transactional functions and dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and face to face.
