We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our senior leadership team. You will have the vision, skills, credibility, passion and entrepreneurial flair to help us deliver on our aspirations and the ability to work effectively with elected members to embed a high performing and problem solving culture based upon public service values.
In this role you will be pivotal to delivering on our physical and social regeneration plan for Hartlepool with a focus upon generating quality jobs, improving skills, stimulating enterprise, improving our visitor offer, accelerating housing growth and delivering on the physical transformation of our town centre and waterfront. You will be responsible within your division for economic development, planning, housing, policy, strategic asset management and adult education. Pivotal to your success will be your ability to work effectively with strategic partners, attract investment and manage major regeneration projects. You will have a proven track record in thinking innovatively and strategically demonstrating the successful delivery of regeneration schemes.
