Further Information
We are looking to appoint a Debt Recovery and Direct Debit Officer in the Housing Service. This challenging and performance driven role plays an important part in maximising income and maintaining the Housing Revenue Account.

Working in the Debt Recovery and Direct Debit team you will work with tenants and former tenants to maximise the income collection of rechargeable repairs, former tenant rent arrears and other sundry debts relating to council tenancies. You will also contribute to delivering the Direct Debit process for Housing.
