We are an exciting and dynamic school providing quality integrated care and education for children aged 0-11 years. Our childcare setting is part of school and ran by Governors but is self-funding and financially independent.

The Senior Childcare and Early Years Practitioner will be based in our outstanding (Ofsted September 2016) 0 – 3-year room.
The post holder will: -
• Be the Senior within the 0 – 3 setting and have responsibility for raising the quality of early years’ provision exploring all aspects of education and care for children in the setting.
• Promote excellent practice at all times, working in partnership with the setting Manager, Head Teacher and Early Years Lead.
• Support high quality practice across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Support other practitioners in the skills and behaviours which safeguard and promote good outcomes for all children.

They should also:
• Be a creative, enthusiastic practitioner who will bring their own style and skills to support the excellent work developed throughout the school.
• Be a caring and understanding person who enjoys working with children and who is committed to supporting high standards and enjoyment of learning.
• Have the ability to lead and work in a close team to achieve the best for our children and school community.
