The role is within the Corporate Procurement Service of South Tyneside Council, which undertakes the procurement activity for the Council covering a wide remit of requirements.
 
You will provide a professional service for the procurement of a portfolio of low to medium value and/or risk products (goods, services, works) which meets the needs of the business and progressively achieves efficiency and cost savings for the Council.
