We have a range of patterns available however most of the roles will be evenings and weekends and Bank Holidays.
The Contact Centre, based in South Gosforth, answers queries for anything related to Newcastle City Council; these can range from reporting repairs to helping vulnerable customers following a fall.

Pay is £13.26 per hour, with unsociable hours enhancements per hour for some shifts.
