As a Senior Information and Feedback Officer, you will play a pivotal role in addressing and resolving housing-related complaints and issues.  You will ensure that residents receive prompt, fair, and satisfactory resolutions to their concerns.  This position requires a highly organised and empathetic individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
 
You will support the delivery of the housing complaints process, which includes managing statutory and corporate complaints relating to housing services.  You will also be responsible for developing training programmes, analysing and implementing learning outcomes, reviewing and updating internal policy, procedures and guidance, maintaining appropriate complaint and feedback systems and working with colleagues to implement and improve external content.
 
You will also have responsibility for line-managing a small team of Customer Feedback Officers who support the housing complaints process and will act as Link Officer to the Housing Ombudsman.
