We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong attention to detail. You should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team and possess strong communication skills to effectively liaise with colleagues and clients.

As an ICT Solutions Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to end-users on various ICT solutions. You will assist in the creation, documentation, testing, and support of training materials, working closely with business colleagues and suppliers.

You will play a key role in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs within agreed timescales and budget. You will also be involved in creating instructional materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning packages, and ensuring content is up to date to reflect the latest solution updates.

You will provide a high level of quality training support, both in-person and remotely, to individuals and groups. You will assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs within agreed timescales and budget.
  • Create instructional materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning packages.
  • Conduct training sessions both in-person and remotely, to individuals and groups.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
  • Provide advice and guidance on relevant ICT solutions in both training and workplace environments.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in ICT training.
  • Participate in projects and contribute to the development of business procedures and systems.
You will be required to stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in ICT training to ensure the training provided is current and effective.
