About The Role
You will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of a high-quality, customer focused area management service within the Borough. This will include monitoring the effective delivery of outsourced environmental service contracts: horticulture, grass cutting and weed control to achieve excellent quality standards across South Tyneside.
You will work with contractors, the area management team and other stakeholders to develop new and innovative ways of delivering high-quality, cost-effective greenspace services.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced individual with a proven track record of contract management, including experience of monitoring and auditing of contracts. You will have good communication skills and an ability to build and maintain effective networks and partnerships.
