With our new Council Leadership, and a recent service review, we are looking to improve the delivery of street cleansing services, area quality monitoring and the development of local markets across the Borough.  Our aim is to achieve excellent quality standards, to ensure that residents live in clean, green and connected communities where they feel safe.

About The Role

You will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of a high-quality, customer focused area management service within the Borough.  You will support the development and implementation of an innovative approach to Area Management across the Borough, promoting the effective targeting of resource and supporting planned delivery of services utilising evidence-based methodology, data capture and local intelligence.  You will also be responsible for dealing with complaints, stakeholder feedback and service requests.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced individual with excellent organisational, communication and IT skills.  A keen eye for detail is essential, along with a willingness to attempt new challenges and approaches.  You will have previous experience of producing performance information, analysing data and recommending service improvements.  You will also have experience of working in a customer facing role and of complaints handling.
