To support our vision for children and families we are looking for a Team Manager within our Children with Disabilities Team with an extensive knowledge and skill-base in supporting children and families.
You must be able to confidently and creatively supervise and manage a varied and complex range of cases. You must be driven and ambitious, both for yourself and the staff you manage but most importantly for children and families. A confident leader you must be able to drive best practice in a supportive and reflective way to champion children and families whilst ensuring that the safety of children remains your highest priority. You will practice at the highest of standards and motivate others to do the same.
