Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 10.00 am – 3.00 pm
 
We are looking for a team player who is highly organised and self-motivated with a professional manner and effective communication skills to work in the Customer Service Front Facing Team.
 
You will handle service requests from the public for a wide range of services within the Council.  Experience of working in a customer focused environment, dealing with enquiries from the public, either face to face or over the telephone, is essential, as is experience of using computer systems.   However, the most important attributes will be your willingness to learn and your adaptability and willingness to work in different ways.  Full training will be given.
