There has never been a better time to be part of South Tyneside’s Children’s Commissioning & Quality Team. We are a newly established team obsessed with driving the best possible outcomes for children and families.
 
We are a small team with a big heart and seeking to welcome a Business Analyst to support our development as an innovative, quality focussed commissioning unit across the spectrum of children’s services. We are proud to be playing our part in the continuous improvement journey and require someone who can support us embed our ‘what more is possible?’ ethos.
 
This role will lead large scale programmes and projects that put innovation at the centre of our work by providing insight and analytics establishing a truly evidence based, and data driven approach to commissioning of provision.
 
You will support the wider organisational improvement and efficiency agenda contributing to the Commissioning & Quality Team’s development of our ‘Quality First’ performance framework. You will undertake business process reviews, lead and contribute directly to needs assessments, facilitate provider and market engagement and development, work collaboratively with all stakeholders building an integrated system that can meet the needs of children and families.
